​Early Identification and Service Referral Guide
The Early Identification & Service Referral Guide was developed by a working group of the Wilmington Community Advisory Council. This resource tool was designed to support youth serving organizations to:

• See Something- identify youth who may be behaving in ways that are not age-appropriate or are out of character and may benefit from additional support;
• Say Something- talk to the youth you observe and their families about your concerns;
• Do Something- implement strategies to help youth in getting the extra support they need.
